Okay. Okay so. I have complicated personal headcanons related to troll gender and sex and all that nonsense, but the core of them is thus: all trolls are functionally hermaphroditic (that is, they produce both male and female gametes). Sexual secondary characteristics are cosmetic side effects of exposure to pheromones one’s lusus produces (so female lusus gives you feminine fat distribution, widened pelvis, breast development and the like and male would give you more rapid muscle build, preserve a narrow pelvis, deeper voice, ect.). So trolls with lusii that were always physically close like Tavros would have really pronounced secondary sex characteristics, while Gamzee and Terezi, who never really had any contact with their lusii at all, would stay pretty much androgynous forever. Equius, due to constantly drinking lusus milk, has a really boosted dose of hormones, leading to really exaggerated development. Equius and Terezi are pretty much at the extreme ends of a development spectrum, with everyone else falling in the middle somewhere.

And so! Booby!Tav and technically Femzee, although there is really no visual difference between Gamzee with Goatmom and Gamzee with Goatdad, and I do not think Gamzee actually gives a fuck either way. Chubby!Tav and Ponytail!Gam are just some of my absolutely favourite things ever, and have no actual bearing on any of that headcanon I just spewed all over you guys.
